Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the beer fridge … except this time, no wellies or waders required. We’re exorcising the demons of the past in the most Staggeringly Good way possible – by making a bloody exceptional beer. The only TNT in this one is the ‘tart N tropical’ taste, backed up by a dank heft that’s explosive in metaphor only. It feels we’ve truly come full circle with this one, as it hearkens back to the giddy, overachieving optimism of years past – tandemed with our contemporary earnest, practical brewing stability that renders the fever dreams of madmen as reality before your very eyes. Finally, it’s a touch of that classic ‘no-one else is doing this, so let’s do it ourselves’, the lesson learned from the journey that we take forward with us.
